How does AI photo matching work?
Glimzo analyzes facial features from a clear selfie and compares them with faces detected in the event gallery. Guests receive matched photos without scrolling the entire album.
Is my data and my photos safe?
Yes. We use secure cloud storage and access controls. Photos are used to provide gallery and matching services and are not sold to third parties. Review our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can private events stay private?
Yes. Organizers can keep galleries private or restricted so only invited guests can access them while still using selfie search inside that event.
How do guests find their photos?
Open the official event gallery link, upload a clear front-facing selfie, and run search. Download the matches you want to keep.
Why did I get no matches?
Common causes include a blurry selfie, sunglasses or filters, searching the wrong event, or a gallery that has not finished AI training. Try a clearer selfie and confirm the gallery link.
How is pricing calculated?
Plans are based primarily on image capacity and selfie search limits per event. Compare Free Trial, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise on the Pricing page, or use the custom calculator for larger needs.
How do I pay for Glimzo?
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on Glimzo servers.
How long do galleries stay available?
Availability depends on your plan and event settings. Organizers should communicate the access window in the gallery announcement email.
Can photographers and venues use Glimzo?
Yes. Photographers, planners, venues, and organizers use Glimzo to deliver searchable galleries and reduce manual “find my photos” requests.
Does Glimzo work on mobile?
